We send samples
A swatch or running metre for hand-feel and quality, plus lab-dips for shade approval on custom colours.

You approve
Nothing goes into bulk until you sign off the sample and the shade. The approved sample is held as the standard for reorders.

Bulk, checked & despatched
We produce, check each lot for shade, pile lay and width, then pack and despatch — with export documentation where needed.

What velvet fabrics does Shailesh Velvet manufacture?
We manufacture and wholesale a full range of velvet fabrics — brasso (burnout), 100% cotton, viscose/rayon, knitted 2-way stretch, micro, flock, fur, foil, sequence and printed velvet — in widths from 42" to 64", with azo-free and export-quality options.
Do you supply velvet fabric wholesale and for export?
Yes. As a manufacturer with mills in Bhiwandi and Vasai, we supply velvet in bulk across India and export worldwide. We are GST-registered and an IEC export holder, with azo-free, export-quality qualities available.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the quality, whether the shade is a running stock colour or a custom-dyed match, and the quantity per shade rather than per order — custom dyeing needs a full lot, so it carries a higher minimum than stock shades. Running qualities are supplied by the than (roll) or by the metre. Send your requirement on WhatsApp and we will confirm the exact MOQ.
How much does your velvet fabric cost?
Price moves with the fibre and construction, pile density and weight, width, and finish — printing, embossing and brasso all add process steps — as well as order quantity and current raw-material prices. Rather than publish a range that would mislead you, we quote against your exact specification. Send the quality, colour and approximate quantity and we will come back with a firm rate.
Can you make custom colours, prints or private-label velvet?
Yes. We offer custom dyeing (including RFD / ready-for-dyeing bases), custom prints, embossing and OEM / private-label production. Share your shade card, artwork or a sample and our team will match it.
Where are you located?
Our office is at 52, Mirza Street, Mumbai, with manufacturing in Bhiwandi and Vasai on the city’s outskirts. We supply pan-India and export globally.
How do I order or request a sample?
Send us the fabric, colour, width, approximate quantity and destination on WhatsApp (+91 93237 91774) or through the enquiry form. We reply with options and a quotation, then send a swatch or running metre — plus lab-dips for custom shades. Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample and the shade.
Do you ship internationally, and on what terms?
Yes. We are an IEC export holder and ship worldwide. Quotations are commonly given EXW, FOB or CIF, with sea consignments via Nhava Sheva (JNPT) and air via Mumbai (BOM). Payment is usually by T/T or irrevocable letter of credit, agreed per order. Export documentation is prepared for every shipment.
